Development

Land planning, property feasibility analysis and the rezoning of property to achieve the desired land use density. Having been licensed General Contractors in (4) states, our principals have designed and permitted 1,020 homesites on 826 acres, with the largest subdivision being 884-lots around a 27-hole golf course on 746-acres, seen below.

Residential

Our principals constructed their first home in 1994 and grew their new housing starts, to approximately 30 homes annually across (2) states, within 5-years. Our love of modern architecture, blended with mid-century modern design concepts, is what inspires us most. Building custom homes, which brings those mediums to life, is our passion.

Commercial

Legacy General Contractor is a KB-1 Dual Commercial & Residential Licensee in Arizona, ROC# 342509. Our principal has been involved in every aspect of ground ups and TIs, from buyout to closeout. This includes having been the RME for (2) regional construction companies with Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club and Safeway, as clients.
